My complaint:

I have made my last few payments over the phone at an appropriate time and because they didn’t process my payment I was charged a late fee twice !!! I called customer service and they were not helpful at all !! Their time frame was completely different than mine !! Customer service was very rude and I’m canceling my card and taking my business elsewhere!!

Suggested solution:

Remove the late fees
