My complaint:
On 070421 I attempted to return a portable mini air compressor in unopened box with appropriate receipt in hand and was told that the store does not refund or exchange that type of item under any circumstance. I requested to speak with a manager when the employee at the register stated that she was the assistant manager and that the manager was on the phone with her at that time and was in route. Once the manager arrived I began to explain the situation, the asst. became irate, tried to physically assault me before being restrained and pushed outside physically by the manager.
Suggested solution:
Make better management selections in the future. Store video would attempted assault.
