My complaint:

NOW THIS IS THE SECOND TIME AND LAST TIME I HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE EMPLOYEE NAME MELISSA. SHE HAS A SERIOUS PROBLEM DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS WHO ASK SIMPLE QUESTION. SHE IS VERY RUDE, I TALK TO HER MANAGER ON ONE OCCASION BUT APPARENTLY NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. I GO INTO THE STORE TODAY TO ASK FOR NEEDLES IN THREAD, SO WAS VERY RUDE IN HOSTILE ABOUT THE QUESTION I ASK. I STOP GOING TO THE STORE AFTER THE FIRST ENCOUNTER OF HER SLAMMING MY ITEMS AND TELLING ME ABOUT HER BAD DAY AND SHE IS SICK OF CUSTOMERS. THE STORE IS CLOSE TO MY WORK, AND I DID’NT THINK SHE WOULD BE IN TODAY. I CONFRONTED HER ABOUT HER BAD ATTITUDE AND SUGGESTED SHE SHOULD NOT BE WORKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ASK FOR CORPORATE NUMBER NUMEROUS TIMES BUT SHE SAID SHE WOULD GIVE IT TO ME ONLY AFTER I MADE MY PURCHASE AND I TOLD HER I DON’T WANT THE ITEM JUST GIVE ME THE NUMBER TO CORPORATE. SHE REFUSED IN SAID ONLY IF I MADE THE PURCHASE IN THE NUMBER IS ON THE RECEIPT. I MADE THE PURCHASE AFTER I I WAS CUSSED AT WITH SOME PRETTY VULGAR LANGUAGE COMING FROM SOMEONE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SERVE THE COMMUNITY WITH YOUNG AND ELDERLY PEOPLE. THEN I SHE CALLED THE PHILADELPHIA POLICE AND SAID I WAS HARASSING HER. I LEFT THE STORE BECAUSE THE SITUATION COULD BECOME I LET WORST, AND FAMILY DOLLAR WOULD HAVE BEEN IN A LITIGATION AND CONTROVERSY BECAUSE OF TODAY’S CLIMATE WITH POLICE. HER NAME IS MELISSA, SHE REALLY NEEDS TO TERMINATED. THIS IS SECOND INCIDENT. THE FIRST I LEFT ALONE, THE MANAGER DID’NT REPRIMAND HER OBVIOUSLY AND SHE’S VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I UNTIL THIS MATTER IS RESOLVE I WILL BE CONTACTING YOU CORPORATION EVERYDAY. I OR NOW ONE SHOULD HAVE TO PUT UP WITH HER RUDE BEHAVIOR. SHE DOES’NT WANT TO BE THERE AND SHE TAKING HER FRUSTRATION OUT ON CUSTOMERS SUCH AS MYSELF TO KEEP HER EMPLOYED, THAT’S WHY I NEVER CALLED CORPORATE ON THE FIRST ENCOUNTER. BUT I WILL NOT SPEND MY MONEY ON A STORE THAT DOES’NT VALUE ME AS A CUSTOMER. SHE CALLED SOMEONE WHO SUPPOSED TO BE THE MANAGER, BUT AGAIN NO RESULTS IN RESOLVING THE PROBLEM WITH HER VULGAR STREET TALKING.

SHE NEED'S MORE TRAINING OR JUST SIMPLY BE TERMINATED. I WILL FOLLOW UP WITH THIS.
