My complaint:
I went into family dollar today with my sister upon entering there was only one basket available so we had to share. We get to the register and I put everything I was purchasing on the counter the employee ringing it lets me know she charged me for one of my sisters items that was in the basket. I immediately let her know that wasn’t one of the items I was purchasing. She replied well you gotta pay for it or I gotta cancel the whole bill. I told her I wasn’t paying for something I didn’t want and to do what she has to make it right. Another employee walks passed her and she says can you take this shit off the employee replied no you rung it up you do it. And she also asked what was the problem I let her know the employee rung up another item in the basket that wasn’t mine and I didn’t want it. The employee who rung it up stated to get loud and say you can chill the fuck out it ain’t that serious. I said I never disrespected you I simply answers her question. We went back and forth for a moment. The manager walks up ( young black lady) and immediately tells me to calm down as if I did something wrong. At this point I’m pissed and we are going back and forth she says to me bitch I’m that one as a threat like she wanted to fight or something. Never in all my years have I been disrespected like this! This is absurd and I refuse to believe these are the types of people family dollar employs!
Suggested solution:
Honestly the manager should be fired and the employee suspended!
