My complaint:
I went into this location to buy some items. I asked for a carton of Newport shorts and the associate Amber Damien said that she didn’t have any. So I requested seven packs of single Newport shorts and I assumed that I was getting what I paid for. I didn’t bother checking the bag before leaving due to a long line. I get home and there are only six packs. I called and let the same associate know that one was missing and instead of being told to come get the seventh pack I paid for o was told she counted seven of them.wrll common sense would say why would I call if I received everything I paid for. So instead of listening to her raise her voice I told her I’d contact Frances which I did and instead of giving me the seventh pack she stated she was made aware and she saw on video me recieve seven packs. Well again I don’t smoke that brand they were for my 80 yr old neighbor and not only did they keep the cigarettes and the money had the nerve to be rude and have a nasty tone. This is ridiculous. Smh.
Suggested solution:
At least allowed me to bring it back and show them she charged me for seven packs and I only got six of them. And apologized for being rude for no reason
