My complaint:

I came into your location today in Plymouth Pa and was attempting to make a purchase. The card I was using was a credit card. I selected credit and it asked me for a pin. The card doesn’t have a pin as it is a credit card. The cashier said with an attitude I had this problem earlier and I don’t know what to tell you. Everytime I visit this location it is always a problem somewhere. The employees are always rude. They don’t wear there masks over their face the correct way or wear ine at all but then say things to customers shopping in the store. The store looks dirty as well. Overall this location needs attention from higher management. As a manager in a retail I would be ashamed of how this store operates.
