My complaint:
Cashier charged me for 4 Hershey Kit Kat bars
1.5oz I did not have those items in my cart to purchase and not sure why she did that. I bought 112.15 worth of merchandise and didn’t notice until I got home to check my receipt. Also, the cart was not allowed to go outside, and I was told to pull in front of the store and a clerk would help. I had to make 3 trips to load the items in my vehicle, and I’m handicapped.
Suggested solution:
I don’t live close to the Maryland store but travel there because it is stocked well. I need my money for the items and if I have to go back to the store, I want reimbursement for gas.
