My complaint:
I was shopping in the baking department when I heard yelling (very loud) towards the front of the store. I listened for a moment until I realized that it was accelerating and then I headed for the entrance and saw the people involved in the confrontation. It appeared to be a young man who worked at Family Dollar and another woman and from what I could tell, another Family Dollar worker was trying to calm them down. I left the store and as I was getting in my car, the young man stormed out the door into the parking lot. The woman followed and as I was leaving, the woman and the young man were physically fighting in the parking lot. VERY unprofessional and it made me very uncomfortable so I doubt that I will every go to that store again.
Suggested solution:
I'm not sure what should be done, I just wanted corporate to know what happened.
