My complaint:
The cashier had gotten extremely rude tone because she couldn’t hear what cigarettes I wanted. I guess that’s why. And when I spoke to the manager she just looked at me like I was not even a concern. Suggested solution:
Promote better costumer service at the store cashier and manager alike.
