My complaint:
Got in line to purchase $100 worth of items with an American express gift card just to be told they don’t except them. They sell them in the store and the store advertises amex as a method of payment as well. The cashier was highly rude, said its no her fault that I don’t have real money, and when asked to speak to her manager she said ‘He died’ and walked off laughing. I was embarrassed and humiliated all because you sell something you don’t accept. Why advertise it it you don’t accept it? I want answers asap
Suggested solution:
I would like a gift card that is acceptable as payment for my troubles. Stop selling the gift cards if they don't accept them as payment, fire those ignorant cashiers.
