My complaint:
I am furious. I brought up several items to the register with the rest of my purchase and the cashier and manager refused to sell it to me bc it rang up for 1cent. Not only did I need these items but I was extremely happy to find out they were on sale. They had no problem ringing up the rest of my items but the refusal to sell me the penny items were a gross oversight on the employees part and not mine… They should have honored the … Now am I not only out of the items that I wanted but they refused to sell me them simply bc they were a penny. I live for penny items and go to several stores to search for the coveted items. I am not happy and may never go back to family dollar bc of this… .
Suggested solution:
I would appreciate a gift card to replace what these ladies took from me.... I bet you anything these items will disappear bc they will ethier take them for themselves or throw them away rather then being reprimanded for not removing all the fall decor... I am a regular customer but this was very wrong.
