My complaint:

On 10421 I purchase brilliant 9 LED PLUSH LIGHT. the light don’t work. I took back with rec to exchange for something of equal value. Your store manager refused to exchange.. Stating she didn’t like my attitude.I stated you’re questioning your cashier as if I’m doing something wrong by bringing this back. She continued to say she’s the store manager I don’t have to comply with store policy. I shop at this location twice a week, spending 30.00 to 75.00 whenever I come in the store.. However I will take money some where else. You store Manager is unprofessional . She a work with a bunny on her head. Which is very unprofessional. To see her you wouldn’t thing she even work there. I must say if you continue to allow people as such to manage your Stores you are going to Loss Customers.
