My complaint:
My name is Yolanda Young I’m employed with family dollar at the 2440 Springhill rd address when I submitted my application I SPECIFICALLY made it clear that I don’t work on Sundays and that I would be able to work any day but Sundays out of my 30 years i’ved worked I never worked on Sundays I said I can work any shift but nights closing Mrs Demetria R S she made the schedule for this week since an employee walked out on her she put me on for 10172021 which is a Sunday now the only reason I haven’t said anything is because I really need my job but I know by law when u fill out an application the Employer is suppose to go by your availability and she takes it upon herself to put me on the schedule whenever she wants me to work one minute she’ll give me 5 days on the schedule and then she change my hours a few hours later after she already made the schedule and sunt me a copy. last week I had a Drs note excusing me from work I took her a copy early that morning I had 5 days on the schedule then she texted me at about 6:30 then she sunt me a text message only giving me 2 days instead of the 5 days I REALLY feel like I’m being bully because I really need my job and she knows this so she’s treating me however she feels because she knows I’m not going to quit someone please help me???
