My complaint:

Well on 12-06-2020 I have a video as well of this incident an i should be on camera this day at 1:30p.m.-2:00p.m. But this day i bought 4 items an was charged with 6 items an then when i said i was over charged they refunded me on item not 2 items then gave me a recite of return of exchange for the one item that wasn’t suppose to be rung up i never received my actual recite just a copy didn’t know the company does that as well or that’s in policy but i was over charged an not even given my exact change back. The lady exact words were i don’t have any pennys is that okay? I said No she proceeded. The manger name was Mary Hispanic lady very unprofessional i feel like i been stole from no one has tried to resolve my situation as if its not important.. Please resolve my situation asap i can be reached at 346 262 1174 Maurice

You need more professional workers at this location for one i want was is owed to me an im here suffering waiting 5 business days for the issue to be resolved an that's not right due to a mistake a customer had nothing to do with. I wanna sue because i feel like they stole from me so an didn't resolve the situation property so I'll let you all know what i feel like i deserve this is also my 3rd time doing this report since the incident this is not professional for customers...
