My complaint:
I asked the cashier why she was violating the law. She said she had a plastic shield in front of the cash register. Prior to that she walking all over the store. I questioned her on that. She said she had asthma. I said my wife has asthma, and I have copd. The she said she has ptsd. I asked for the manager. The manager came out without a mask. I asked her why she wasn’t wearing a mask, and what her medical conditions were. She said she didn’t have any medical conditions, she just came out of her office. Then she put on a mask. I asked her to check me out. She refused. Saying she wasn’t signed in. Then told me to shop elsewhere. I will gladly do so. There is a dollar general right across the street that comply’s with the State ordinance, and cares about the community.
Suggested solution:
Have your employees comply with the state and local ordinance, and start caring about people at risk in the community.
