My complaint:

i want my money back now..because ur product is not working…and i have 2 receipts for the same thing…one of the receipts say the product is more..but they the same product….so..i was overcharged as well..i jus want my money back..i have the receits the product is in tack..so i want my money asap..i been shopping here for years..and the crazy tging is i work for ur company doing the inventory for over 13 years..i can not believe i am being treated like this at this at this store…and i live across the street from the store..and spend money everyday with this store…big money…i was treated like if i buy something then oh well..if it dont work then it dont work…that is so unprofessional…in any event i want my money back…and im a have to stop coming here so much until you can get some staff in here that knows whats going on..so sad…
