My complaint:
It’s the only store Livingston has yet it seems the workers take that as “I can be rude to whoever I want because they have to shop here” I’ve been in there a total of 4 times (its new) and every single time the workers are rude, not helpful, or give a lot of eye rolling. The last time we were there my 4 year old begged for a bathroom but they wouldn’t let him use it. I left my buggy of stuff and drove on to the next town. My son ended up having an accident before we made it to the next town. I will never go back to family dollar in Livingston. I will not spend my money where I do not feel welcome or feel like I’m burden the second I walk in the door.
Suggested solution:
Get all new workers or teach them to be nicer to customers.
