My complaint:
The manager to the store is rude to customers and the other employees I’ve over heard employees talking about her always leaving on the clock and not returning for the rest of the day she is getting paid and not even there she walks around the store on her phone talking bad about customers and employees she never works on anything in the store I have been a regular customer of family dollar for years and I’ve never seen a more horrible manager than the one that is there now she degraded her employees in front of people and it’s not okay for them to feel like they aren’t working hard enough when she doesn’t do anything or is staying in the clock and leaving this woman is not the fit for management and hopefully the other employees don’t quit before they can get a new manager
Suggested solution:
I think she should be replaced
