My complaint:
Hello, my name is Glorya Thomas. Employee number 6853167. I’m making a complaint about my ASM, Brigitte Isaacson. Yesterday (012921), she told my holding GM Brandon Lowe, that I wasn’t doing recovery, I was always rude to her and that I was rude to customers.
These are blatant lies that she wasn’t even going to tell Brandon. She was going to go over his head and tell Krystal, our DM. Brigitte had made it sound like all I’ve ever done is be rude to her and customers, and that I never do my work. In which I do, Brandon checked the cameras today (013021) and saw that I wasn’t rude to anyone, not even her, and that I even recovered like I said I did.
Suggested solution:
I'm waiting to here back from a different job, so I don't care what you do about it. But if you do nothing, you're not good enough to be a company. Respect and help out your workers when they need it.
