My complaint:
I ran out to Family Dollar store @ 4126 Taylor Blvd, Louisville, KY on Saturday 13021 around 5:00 pm and the store was closed. There were signs in the window that they didn’t have bags customers had to use a card to purchase but the doors were locked I couldn’t get in. I could have used my card carried my stuff out in my hands or purse.
I’m sending you this official complaint because the store closes quite often for whatever reason. I know last year I stopped 5 or 6 times it was closed mid day. The store is always really dirty and the shelves are often bare of everyday products. There are carts with product on them that set in the isle ways for several days before the product is put out. I took something off a cart one day the cashier got mad @ me told me I wasn’t supposed to take things off the carts. The store has really gone down hill over the last last 4 or so years.
I used to enjoy going in the store but now I hate it. I will go out of my way to go to a different store to get what I need and gladly give them my money. I’m not the only one that feels the same way now about the same store. My neighbors do not shop there any longer either.
