My complaint:
I’ve talked to the distract management about the situation going on but it just gets worse I’ve spoken to him in person at the store he was visiting and told him again but he just smiled and kinda of laudht at it I feel he is also not taking it seriously and the next day I go it’s was just worse if this problem is not taken care of I’ll will seek legal counsel

Do your company policy about how to treat customers
