My complaint:
DOL: 4102020 @ 1:40-2pm~
Summary of Incident: Walked into family dollar on greenmount, Big Security Guard at door, both had masks on, Mr. Miller put bag on counter to check in bag with guard, Security guard tapped him and accused of being behind the counter and Mr. Miller explained that he was just trying to check in his bag and he also wasn’t behind counter. Security guard said I dont care what your doing Mr Miller felt disrespected and asked to speak to manager or someone in charge and Security Guard said he was in charge and told him he has to leave and then Mr. Miller asked for management again and then was ejected from store by guard and assaulted in doorwayoutside of store by guard and employeesstaff. We have pictures of his face after assault and pictures and video of the employees harassing him.
