My complaint:

On 3 separate occasions I’ve had nothing but rude comments ,attitude and very unprofessional behavior towards me from the store manager and the assistant manager. On one occasion it was close to store hours ending and the manager shut the door on my face. I also witnessed her talking down on the companies pay rates and the companies policies in general. Today was the last straw the store and quite possibly company will no longer be getting my families business any longer.

Suggested solution:

My first recommendation would be for extensive training for employees. Second recommendation employees that act this way need to be penalized for such ludacris behavior especially at Management level!
