My complaint:
I went too exchange some Tissue and wipes items items i bought a hour before closing. I took the item back within 25mins before closing. When i arrived the doors was already locked and the manager name Phil and a cashier was just looking at me while i knocked on the door. He walked away an after 8 mins or longer he walks too the door and say we are closed. I then proceeded too tell him you closed before 9PM and it wasn’t that time yet and he goes too say well i can do that. Also while i was looking for corporates number the cashiers comes out and i asked her why they close early and she goes too say because we can that’s why. When she walked out the door the time was 8:58 PM. Not only i was coming there its about 6 more people tried too go in the store also. I informed them that they closed before time and it wasn’t even 9 PM yet!!!
Suggested solution:
I need someone too call me too tell me how can a manager act in that matter and say those kind of things too a customer. Also close before time and play on there phone and just watch the customer while trying too get there attention!! This is uncalled for and unacceptable for any manager or employee too act this way.
