My complaint:

On 07112020 at 11:37am CST I made a purchase at Store 07922, where the presiding Manager on Duty, Mrs Terry rung me up for a purchase of $18.73 on my Credit Card. After leaving the store and returning back to my Hotel….I noticed hours later that I only pick up one of my bags. This is the bag that contained my Fabuloso, Pinesol, and Mouthwash. However, I left my other bag containing 2 Mennen’s Speed stick deodorants Solid Fresh, A pack of 15 splastic styling caps, Daxton’s Men Blue Bodywash, Mod Cocunut Body wash, 3 packs of Daxton single Blade Shavers, Panrosa milk Honey. This total left at store equals $10.20(including tax). Ms Terri has not been cooperative and I live over an Hour away. She want return my calls and Ive called the store on 18 occasions documented receiving a recorded message, All agent are busy, please call back. When I did talk to Ms Terry on 71720, she informed me she put my items left behind back in stock and I would have to come when she’s there ONLY. On 071220, I talked to an associate that told me my bag is there and she would put it aside. I expended some time and effort to talk to 4 other Family Dollar managers, who educated me that they would have held my products til I set up an appropriate time to retrieve them. It seems Ms Terry makes up her on procedures and have left me a very dissatisfied consumer that wants only what’s mine and nothing else. I will never shop with you again. I want my products or a refund. I am requesting a refund back to my card or to pick up these items at a Family Dollar near the 38126 zip code. My last contact was with Cheyianna on 72620 in which she took a message and put it on the store’s communication board. My transaction number is 1278050. This is unacceptable and I demand immediate action. As of 8320, Ms Terry has yet to return my call on this unacceptable incident.
