My complaint:

Never once during this pandemic have I been refused entry to this store for not wearing a mask until this very morning. There was not one other person in the store so I could practicing social distancing was not a problem. I have been a loyal customer of this store since it opened and shop here on a weekly basis spending good money at your establishment, no more. I can tell you now without a doubt you have lost my business for life.
