My complaint:

I visited this store on Sep 25 and observed that there was only one (1) employee on duty. She was trying to serve customers and do store maintenance. I feel that this is a safety issue and that the management staff should look into scheduling. I am visiting from another state and have not observed this happening in the stores in Michigan. I believe that management is showing no regard for employee safety. This store should have some double coverage.

The employee, Shanetta, was very friendly and courteous. I feel that she, or any other female employee, should never be left in that store.

I shopped at 1400 hours and there was quite a bit of activity; customers shopping or asking questions.

Suggested solution:

Additional staffing.
