My complaint:
They charged me for something I did not purchase! They charged me $12 for a printed value backpack five piece set which I did not Even look at or had any interest in.It was a random charge put on my card!I have tried to contact them for two days but their phone is on do not disturb so no one can call them! They must have very poor customer service to do this and not want any complaints
Suggested solution:
I want my $12 back! This is the worst dollar store I have ever been to where they do not care about the customer at all!
