My complaint:
I’m naturally functional at a 10x slower than normal people. I’m always an hour early when the hiring manager always complains about my disability and now I called in sick and I get written up, cuz another disability of mine that I was born with that’s acid reflux disease and low immune system. I never missed a day nor late but only 1 day. I’ve had enough of this constant discrimination against my disabilities. The big department wont even answer my phone calls either
Suggested solution:
Fire hiring manager or get her to back off from these actions. I get this everywhere I work, this has got to stop!!!
