My complaint:
Thursday, November 19,2020 I went to Dollar Tree and as always I took proper precautions wearing my mask (and eye coverings due to an immune disorder and my son wears a diabetic pump) and there was a woman in the store shopping with no mask. Several employees saw her and no one took action to either provide her with a mask or ask her to leave. I passed her and she said (as she covered her mouth with her clothing) I was already at the door when I remembered I left my mask in the car. Seriously? Not one employee was enforcing the note on the door to wear masks if you entered the store. If it is an option to wear a mask I, for one would like to know up front so I can choose wisely where to shop. I did not get a photo, I just wanted to get out of there. Thank you.
Suggested solution:
Either post that masks are optional or enforce wearing a mask.
