My complaint:

The manager did not won’t to return a phone that I bought on the the 25th of February because he said there was I scratch on the phone and that I might have drop it.. Of course I was using the phone but the reason for my exchange for another one was because this one stop working! I thought there are a return policy in place for when this happens. He was very rude an unprofessional towards me.
