My complaint:
On 6252021
I went into this location to try to find a bug repellent spray similar to off called repel. I walked around the store three times looking for it with no luck. As I was about to look at third time I saw a lady in the back room that I was passing so I stopped and asked her. She was unsure of the product so I pulled a photo up on my phone to show her. When I turned to walk away the store manager was behind me asked what I needed so I told him and said excuse me to try to exit the area to purchase a product that they carried. He would not move to allow me to leave that area when I said excuse me it made me feel very uncomfortable and as he was much larger than me. When I left the store I decided to call because of that time I did not know he was the store manager. So I called the store and I ask who the store is and when he works next. Well that’s when I found out that he was the store manager so I just responded with OK thank you and I hung up. He proceeded to call my phone back demanding that I tell him why I wanted to know who the store manager was and if he had to tell me who he was then I had to tell him who I was! He wanted my information. I responded that I did not have to give him my information and it was extremely inappropriate for him to call my phone demanding anything. The physical way that he acted aggressive towards me as well it is calling my personal phone literally had me shaking all because I couldn’t find a product in the store. That is not the way that management should act.
Suggested solution:
Resolving this issue honestly I hope that they really look closely at who they’re putting in those type of positions because something was not right with this man and it clearly looks like trouble in the future for this company.
