My complaint:
Arrived at store and saw sign stating Cash only. Ok I only needed a couple of items. Proceed to cash out and approximately 20 people in line with 1-ONE cashier. I approached which may have been some type of manager and asked if she would open another register.
Stated no because other employee was on break. She never attempted to get behind register and take care of many people standing in line.
I left my buggy and went elsewhere.
Suggested solution:
Employees are supposed to work as a team. Not this case. A non concerned possible manager didn't take control of the situation.
I'll take my business elsewherea
