My complaint:
Bought a few items, and when at register, asked for a pack of cigarettes. He rand them up and they were $9.19. I said I didn’t want them at that price. William ( who waited on me ) said that were that price every where! I stated I did not pay that at Sheetz. William said they are the same price there and everywhere!! I consider that calling me a liar. He got angry and started to take them off my order ,punching HARD at the keys! I said I’m sorry you have to do all this–William says NO YOU’RE NOT!! Again calling me a liar!! I have NEVER been treated like this at a store. I informed the manager, Alan about the incident, and he said, yes, I heard about it That was IT!! No sorry, no will talk to William –NO NOTHING!! I can’t believe you let your employees talk to customers like that!!!
Suggested solution:
I should have at least been allowed to talk to William with the manager there. He should have at LEAST apologized!! When I spoke to the assistant manager, and the manager, no one asked my name, phone number, NOTHING!!
