My complaint:

I just left your local Family Dollar. That I normally travel to and never had problems until Today When I dealt with an Employee named KIANA who Threw my items across the counter told me she want servicing me. I felt very HUMILIATED Disrespected. Especially when her Store Manager came to the front to do a price check for me and let her further completely disrespect me. I am a paying customer and because they had a item placed in the wrong spot with a price, and me asking about it. Doesn’t make me wrong. Nor should I have to be talked to in a rude manner or even taking it as far as to verbally abuse me. I am very unsatisfied. I had to have the lady behind me pay for my items with her because KIANA (the employee) would not service me. Im pregnant should have not had to deal with this and I’m a paying customer. If you would contact me back at the earliest convenience I would Greatly Appreciate it.

Suggested solution:

Reassuring me that I am allowed to be a Paying Customer of Family. And protecting the safety of me and my unborn child. She made feel unsafe in this store.
