My complaint:
Store not opening or closing according to posted hours. Was there until 8:30 AM waiting for doors to open…never did. Also, have been there before closing hours and store was closed 2 hours before closing time. I went in last week and there was not 1 employee available in store. Left my purchases on counter after waiting for more than 5 minutes to be checked out.
Suggested solution:
Get someone who knows how to operate store.
