My complaint:
Monique the Family Dollar associate at the store mentioned above was very rude to the way she approached me, I went into the store with a face shield which protects my eyes my mouth and nose following the Covid 19 ordinance and wearing a face covering , at the time of completing my transaction she very rudely told that next time I went into store to wear a mask. I told her that a face shield covers more than a mask and she very rudely interrupting me told that I needed a mask. I then told her that wasn’t the correct way to talk to a customer. She embarrassed me in front of other customers their. I told her that if the store did not permit no face shields that it should be especified in the entrance door. On the window it reads No one may enter without a face covering it does not specify what kind of face covering. Monique should be given a disciplinary action report to sign and should be given customer service classes. This incident happened at 1:31 pm ,October 7,2020 at store 02826.
Suggested solution:
Sign in the entrance should specify what type of face covering and a disciplinary action should be given to Associate Monique also some Customer Service Classes to learn how to approach Customer
