My complaint:
The clerk who checked me out was snippy when I placed the store crate with my things on the counter for her to check out saying “um um your going to have to take that out”
After I paid I had to carry it out without being bagged. When I said something about it would be easier to carry if it were bagged, she said “we don’t have any” but I clearly saw bags when I was leaving. She also made a long line of people wait a long time before coming to the front to check people out. I did nothing to warrant her to be so rude.This clerk was 50 to 60 years old with whitegray hair and glasses a sarcastic tone
And she was working the 2290 Maple st. Carrollton, Ga store across from the Marathon gas station at 5:00 pm 8-6-2020.
Suggested solution:
Train the store clerks and managers on proper customer service and how to be polite to customers without the attitude.
