My complaint:

I tried to shop at my local family Dollar, but I was told to leave because I didn’t have a facemask. I attempted to explain to the worker that I have a medical condition that prevents me from wearing a facemask, and he still told me to leave. This is a violation of the ADA. I cannot wear a facemask. So, Family Dollar throws me out because I have a medical condition?

Suggested solution:

The employees should be instructed to allow people with medical conditions which prevent them from wearing masks to shop in the store without a facemask. To do otherwise is to discriminate against people for something they cannot change.
