My complaint:

I bought a pair of reading glasses and the lenses was loose and and went to exchange them. At the time I could not find the receipt . I found it and went to exchange them. I’m thinking no problem. I went to the store were I bought them, I am an educator, I was treated rudely by Dale a manager who had a terrible attitude. I was upset and was becoming angry. I kept trying to explain that I was a teacher and only wanted to exchange them, because this is what I was told to do. He kept saying I’m not doin it. He kept saying not going to do it. I kept telling him the customer is always right. I went to by some wipes. He was so rude because I kept asking for the corporate number. He told me I could not buy them, and told me to leave and started to call the police I left. I am a Loyal customer and no one should be treated this way. I had my receipt and was told by another manager that I needed the receipt. It took me a while to find it but I did. He escalated and caused a problem poor people skills. I want this addressed and him for reprimanded. This was a simple problem.

Suggested solution:

Simply exchange the glasses, and apologize. I never treat a return with receipt this way to anyone else.
