My complaint:
Last night I attempted to go to store 7179 on North Tryon. It was exactly
8:45pm. There were two orange signs on the door stating the store closed at 9pm. I attempted to open the door when one employee says We closed!. I pointed at the sign and she said We closed at 8:30!. Another girl sitting on a box or something was waving her hand back and forth under her chin as to say No; we are closed. Noone came to the door they just yelled from where they were standing. WHy post sign stating 9pm close time and then yell We closed at 8:30
Suggested solution:
Please speak with the two employees that were in the store last night and resolve why they closed 30min early and how they should have approached the situation if they HAD to close 30 min early. I frequent Family Dollar however I normally go to the one on Sugar Creek Rd. I was picking up food last night in that shopping center.
