My complaint:
On the day of 10172020 I chose too do some shopping in one of your stores, upon arriving in this store, I started down one of your ailes this aile had one of your store employee on this aile stocking the shelves the, this young lady made a statement about social distancing too me I full understand what social distance is but when you work in a public place that has more than 20 or 50 people in a store at a time it is a little hard in social distancing, when I decided too walk on down the aisle the store manager that stated to me you need too practice social distance and I said ok, but she also stated she is and employee here at the store I stated to her I am a customer which she don’t understand if it is not for the customers you would have a job, she kept wanting to argue with me on the subject, stating it doesn’t matter, I told her it does matter if I am the costumer and i am help keeping your business in business by make purchases in your store, I don’t like the fact that this lady was rude, and very unprofessional to me and probably to others who may have visit this store, this young lady name is Ms. Carlas she is the store manager,
Suggested solution:
To resolve this complaint: this young lady needs to be fired, this is unexceptable, I don't want to work anything out with her long as she is in this store in my neighborhood I will not be returning to that store I have to find another place to do my business, I have been shopping in family dollar stores for over 30 years and this is not unexceptable, the reason why I say this because I myself was a assistant operational manager and I was responsible for the hiring and fire of any employees that worked for our company, as a manager we didn't talorated this kind of behavior from none of our employees period,
