My complaint:
Last week I made a purchase on wednesday around 5:30 . the clerk started using his cell phone. this was not the first time he has done this while I was making a purchase.Even the manager was on her headphones talking to her mother on her cell phone…she ignored me and walked right past with, the black clerk began yelling at me and called me dog, twice. I have never been treated this way in my life while shopping. I called twice and have never had a single response. I wrote a letter last week and not a single response. This is a tragic way to do business. I am beside myself with shock…He is still employed. His pants are drooping below his rear end,too. he even walked toward me in anger. I am at a loss for words on the way he treated me.The real shock is not getting a single response from your company. I will not stop until I get a communication from a supervisor.strider raven
