My complaint:
It was so hard to shop today as I heard yelling from way in the back of the store. She was yelling at another customer while being on the phone. I have a video attached of how loud and nasty she was being even though there were many customers in the store. She has a very bad attitude and it makes me never want to come back.
Suggested solution:
Fire the woman is the video whom I believe is the assistant manager. She makes imthe whole store look horrible.
