My complaint:
I have seen with my own two eyes the manager not sure her last name assault one of her employees and not verbally but physically and someone in this organization needs to do something about this woman because she is rude to her employees and talks horrible about the guests….I don’t think she cares that we can hear her yelling at people when she is in the office.
I have he a rd her call people f-ing stupid and on top of all of that we do t have hot water just Luke warm water so maybe we need to call the health dept because we deserve hot water and don’t get me started on the other things wrong here since the manager started but your corporate office needs to do something because I know for a fact I’m not the only one with serious complaints about this woman.
Suggested solution:
Fire the manager and get someone in here that respects their employees and residents
