My complaint:
Teft $5200.00 coat company 1 collector tee and a Alaskan te. Loby Gery front desk watched it all unfold and both manager Don and Grey started cameras were broken now they say they never were but can not retrieve footage. I told them in event of robbery and theft they must provide footage. As well hotel has massive other problems.
Suggested solution:
Refund my $5200.00 for garments stolen that employees witnessed all. And refund full stay at hotel.
