My complaint:
Hello I’m Michael knight and the reason I didn’t talk to management here about it because I had to have somewhere to stay and then when all my things got infested I was forced to re wash clothes buy steam cleaner and a a cleaner for apolstry that are in the breaker box , behind the wall plates in the lamp shades and in the ptac. Yes I know it says complain to management but I couldn’t afford to not have a place to stay . It’s driving me bat shit crazy and I just feel like the 6 weeks I have been in a constant fight is wearing me out I tried but defeating them your gonna have to turn off power so you can kill all the nests . I believe I should be helped out with some of the rent I hav3 paid since I haven’t slept at night time at all .
Suggested solution:
I know they are all out for bonus and could care less . So I think I should either get a room without bed bugs for a discounted rate fir the rest of my stay or reimbursed for all the money I have put into a place and been in constant anxiety.
