My complaint:
Extended stay America told me that my rent would be $474 and some change so I rounded it up to 475 well every week it seems to be 800 ,900 now it’s 1,200 and I’ve been paying on it and it never seems to go down so they have a corporate guy come in here and he was very rude my rent has never been $1200, they are telling me that it’s not $15 a day like they have originally put on the doors, that if your rent’s late it’s $15 a day, well they decided to do away with that $15 a day now they added a mysteriously another $500 to the $700 and I don’t even know where they got $700 so I’m just disgusted with the way this whole situation is going down here
Suggested solution:
I think that if they tell a customer that they are to pay $475 a week that's the way it should be then they told me that I can split it up into two payments but when I do that that messes me up because now they're charging me a boatload of money for that and they're telling me it's 60 some dollars a day and they said the only way to do away with the late fee is if I go daily I'm tired this is I'm a single mom this is a horrible my whole family is here
