Extended Stay America complaint: Guest services complaint and dirty nasty soil carpet room

My complaint:

I booked this hotel yesterday because my husband had to extend his work for one more day. We were staying at La Quinta Inn and suites Wyndham for the last 3 nights and check out was today at 11am but they let me stay still 1pm because I am 9 months pregnant with a puppy and my 12 year old son and they new I was going to another hotel that check in was at 3pm. I arrived here at Extended Stay America around 130pm and went to front desk to see if me and my puppy and my 12 yr old son could check in a little early but the manager sheila whitehead stated they were full and I had to check in at 3pm. So I went outside with my kid and puppy to sit in my truck and wait in parking lot till 3pm. As I was waiting Walgreens down the street from this hotel called me and told me my son’s medication was ready so I went down the street about 245pm to go get his medicine. I arrived back at this hotel @315pm and went to go check in after being in my vehicle for over an hour with my kid and dog. And I had to use the restroom very bad and remind you I am 8 months pregnant and when I walked in my ID and my credit card were not in my purse. Walgreens forgot to put it in. As I’m standing there they were doing shift change the manager shiela and the assistant manager Angelica Barron. I asked Angelica I front of Sheila who already knew I was waiting to check in from earlier and I already had ed my reservation with her earlier. I asked if I could use the restroom because I was litterly gonna use it on myself because my bladder was full and the baby was pushing down. And Angelica told me she could not allow me to use the bathroom because they only had bathrooms for their guest in the rooms!! She said I needed my ID in order to check in! So I left very mad to go get my ID from Walgreens and came back to check in and still I had to use the restroom after telling this lady I was pregnant and I was a guest.! This lady Angelica then tells me there is no restroom in the entire hotel but the ones in the room. There are people checking in and I’m very embarrassed because I am wiggly around and trying not to use the restroom on myself. I already want to cancel this reservation but this lady tells me I have to call Priceline and I asked her for her corporate office and she gives it to me still not comcerned. Very very rude and unpleasant management! I go get my child and puppy from outside and my in to this disgusting room where the floor is wet and the room is dirty and looks all old. ! I call guest services and complain. Now I want Priceline to please find me another hotel to go to. Or refund my money because I do not want to stay here.

Suggested solution:

They should refund my money so I can go to another hotel we’re I fee comfortable at. And I would like for their guest services or someone to call the hotel and let them know all of this! Please

2 years ago - I ended up calling the police because the manager and assistant manager continued to deny my request to accommodate me and my kid. I ended up very distressed and almost had a panic attack because this manager never ever considered or helped me even after I complained to their district office and corporate office. I was so upset I lost my puppy and called the police because this manager really twisted the whole story around when the police came and asked for the police to issue me a no trespassing warrant with Austin police department! Even though I’m the one that left on my own and called Priceline who didn’t even help me neither!! I’m very upset with Priceline too for not helping me when I’m a VIP customer and I book through them all the time and have been a loyal customer with them. I was charged 103.00 for a room I left and a 28.00 pet fee.
