My complaint:

I HAVE BEEN STAYING HERE SINCE AUGUST 2020 AND HAD PAID 5 MONTHS ON TIME THEN COVID IMPACTED MY BUSINESS AND HAD TO LET THEM KNOW THAT I COULDN’T PAY DUE TO COVID REASONS AND WAS GOING TO FOLLOW THE MORATORIUM GUIDE LINES AND SINCE I AM CONSIDERED TENANTS BY CALIFORNIA LAW BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN HERE MORE THAN 30 DAYS. THEY GRANTED IT. NOW BEFORE THIS HAPPENED THEY WERE REALLY NICE TO ME AND BROUGHT TOWELS AND CLEAN SHEETS WHEN I ASKED. BUT AFTER I COULDN’T PAY RENT BECAUSE OF COVID 19 RELATED REASONS THEY STOPPED BRINGING TOWELS AND, STOPPED RECEIVING MY MAIL FROM ANOTHER ROOM I WAS IN BEFORE THE SINKS BACKED UP ON ME AND HAD TO MOVE TO ANOTHER ROOM, SO THEY ARE NOT GIVING ME MY MAIL FROM MY ORIGINAL ROOM, THEY KNOW WHO I AM AND WHERE I AM AND ARE DOING THINGS LIKE THIS TO ME. ALSO MY FIANCE’ AND I GOT INTO AN ARGUMENT AND I WANTED TO SWITCH ROOMS AGAIN AND WAS GRANTED AND THE EMPLOYEE THAT HELPED ME MOVE MY STUFF ACTUALLY STARTED HITTING ON ME, AND ASKING TO TAKE ME OUT FOR A COUPLE DRINKS, BECAUSE HE SEEN MY FIANCE’ AND I FIGHTING AND HIM LEAVE SO HE DECIDES HE’S GOING TO TRY TO MAKE A MOVE ON ME BECAUSE OF THAT. SEXUAL HARRASSMENT AND DISCRIMINATION.

Suggested solution:

ALSO MY FIANCE' AND I BECAME VERY ILL DUE TO THE BLACK MOLD IN 2 OF OUR ROOMS HERE, AND FOR 2 WEEKS OF US TELLING THEM THIS THEY DID NOT MOVE US AS WE REQUESTED. THAT TOO IS AGAINST THE LAW. THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING TO MY EMAILS I AM SENDING THEM, AND MESSAGES I AM LEAVING THEM AT THE FRONT DESK TO HAVE A MANAGER CALL ME TO HAVE THEM TALK TO SAN DIEGO HOUSING COMMISSION. THEY KEEP DODGING ME AND JUST NOT RESPONDING.
